Return Policy

Firearms

Firearms cannot be returned once a sale or transfer is complete.

If a required ATF background check is declined at the time of transfer, the sale cannot be completed. In that case, a $40.00 restocking fee and actual return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Ammunition

For safety reasons, ammunition cannot be returned once it has left the shop.

Accessories & Knives

Accessories and knives may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt. Contact us to arrange a return.

FFL Transfers

Transfer fees are non-refundable once a firearm has been logged in and processed for transfer.

Cleaning Services

Cleaning and function-check services are non-refundable once performed.

Starting a Return

To start a return on an eligible item, call (813) 763-0038 or email downrangefirearms7@gmail.com with your receipt and a description of the item.
