Down Range Firearms LLC operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information this site collects, how it's used, and your choices. By using this website, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

Contact form. Messages you send through the form (name, email, optional phone, and message) are emailed to us, and we keep a copy on our server. We use them only to reply to you.

Shopping cart. Your cart is stored in your browser and isn't sent to us until you place an order.

Orders. When you order, we receive your items, name, email, optional phone, and billing address, plus the receiving FFL's details for firearms shipped to a dealer. We keep an order record on our server and email you a confirmation. We never receive your full card number or security code.

Information you send us directly. If you email or call us, we use what you share only to respond, arrange an order, or complete an FFL transfer.

How We Use & Share Your Information

We use your information to process payments, fulfill orders, send order and shipping updates, answer questions, and meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements. We keep order records as long as those require. We don't sell your information. We share it only as needed to complete your purchase, with our payment processor, the shipping carrier, and the receiving FFL you choose, or when the law requires.

Cookies & Tracking

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit our site and which pages they view. It uses cookies and may collect your IP address, device and browser details, and how you move around this site. We do not send it your name, email, address, or payment details. You can opt out with Google's opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers. Our payment provider and digital wallets may use their own cookies to secure checkout.

Third-Party Services

Google Fonts. Google may log standard technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser loads our fonts. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Maps. Our location page embeds a Google Map, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms.

Font Awesome icons. Icons load from Cloudflare (cdnjs), which may log your IP address.

Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you use one, Apple or Google gives us a payment token and your billing details, never your card number. Their privacy policies apply to their handling of your information.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by our merchant processor, EPIC Merchant Systems, through the NMI payment gateway (PCI-DSS compliant). Card details go directly to NMI through secure fields, and we never receive or store your full card number or security code.

Firearms Transfers & Legal Compliance

Any information required for a firearm transfer — including your ATF Form 4473 and FDLE background check — is collected in person at our shop, not through this website, and is handled in accordance with federal and Florida law.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Data Security

We take your security seriously. This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and any payment information is handled directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor rather than stored on our own servers. We use industry-standard measures to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
